I hope this note finds you in continued good health. Like all of you, I have been closely following the ever-changing coronavirus situation and developing an action plan as a business leader, father, and son.
We can feel so isolated at times like this but as we continuously monitor the COVID-19 outbreak in New York and other critical states, I want to personally share an update on the actions we are taking here at Jason J Kim Laboratories. We plan to continue to operate as normally as possible, so we can serve our patients who rely on us. At the same time, our primary concern is the well being of both you and our team, so we are implementing new protocols and enhanced safety measures.
As is always the case, we see ourselves as a leader in the medical/dental community and believe our role and responsibility is to always prioritize the health and well-being of our patients and staff, as well as the larger community.
We have taken significant steps as recommended by the CDC to protect our patients, staff, and all of their families.
With so much uncertainty in the world right now, I take solace in knowing we have a community of such thoughtful and caring employees, clinicians and patients, such as yourself. Together, we’ll continue to take this one day at a time.
